Gangster Squad is mob mafia movie, where a team of police officer undercover stand up against the Mickey Cohen mob. Mickey a mob king who runs his show to accumulate heaps of money through illicit affairs created havoc in LA. However there is on hitch in his plan that is sgt. John Omara, that teamed up with some other police officer under the cover from LA police chief to hit Mickey hard on the business to cut him down.

The book of Eli, is yet another powerful rendition of acting of Denzel Washington. The post war world, when most of the human race got annihilated by nukes, Eli has to make his way through the remaining, cut throat life form to reach west. It took him 30 years to reach its destination keeping a book safe, the only one remaining on the devastated earth, and to deliver it into right hands to be passed on to future human race, the book referred here is the bible, in brail that is learned by heart by Eli, the secret revealed at the end of the movie when he was forced to give a book to some one not meant to have it.

One of the worst movie, I have ever seen. The story has a substance but the weak production has ruin all the show. Story of human race twenty years after the nuclear holo cast, but the strange thing is that no sign of that devastation appear in the movie. Seems like a low budget movie, Irish I have seen the rating of the movie prior to watching the same.

Promised land is a promising story of a gas company representative who come in a small town to convince people to allow them to tap the Shale Gas resources under their farmland. The job seems to be an easy one to lure poor farm people with the shine of the money, however it become other way round. 3 Iron is a Korean movie with English subtitle. The movie is about one & half hour with only a few dialogues, even than the movie is a powerful cinematic rendition. Story of a young, quiet, talented and homeless Hee Jae, who find houses temporary unoccupied by putting advertising pamphlet on the door knobs and if these pamphlet found untouched by night time he break open those houses for temporary solace. However during one such house he found accidentally an ill treated wife captivated by her husband and that turned the life of Hee.
